The above question is the most controversial in the tesol world.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

My experience tells me that learning the grammar rules, saves you time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

But before we look into it, lets see together the most common types of questions in the toeic grammar test.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nYou will be tested on your knowledge of two aspects of word choice: word families adn similar words.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Grammar questions have options that are from the same word family.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

TOEIC Grammar example:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The new employee is very __________.<\/span>
\na) creation<\/span>
\nb) creating<\/span>
\nc) creative<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nd) create<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a grammar example because all the words are from the
\nsame<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>word family. The question is testing your ability to choose the correct<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>form of the word.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
